Shipping and Orders

We want to make sure your handcrafted bath and body products arrive safely and quickly.

​Order Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days,We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please allow for potential delays during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options via Royal mail to meet your needs and budget.

  • Costs will vary depending on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method.

  • Please see our shipping options at checkout for specific rates.

  • Order collection is available free of charge, please await email confirmation of your completed order to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • First class shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Second class shipping between 3-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipping notification then please contact us.

International Shipping:

  • ​We do not currently ship orders outside of the UK.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate lost packages or resolve any damage claims.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please contact us for return instructions before sending back any items.

  • Products must be unused with its included accessories and in original packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: There are certain situations where refunds are unable to be granted - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

  • Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
    If you are returning a product(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
